The Fiji Food Safety Association was established as a result of a training in HACCP by the International Trade Centre to build the capacity of Fijian professionals in international safety and quality standards. Our 14 members volunteer their time and expertise to serve on the board at FFSA. These members come from a broad range of backgrounds which include food technologists, managers, consultants and advisors from across the food industry. We have a diverse range from policy makers through to those responsible for food that arrives on consumers plates. The FFSA is governed by a Board of members
